19th c.SCISSOR STYLE CANDLE SNUFFER NIPPER


Here is a fine early scissor type 19th century candle snuffer / nippers. In excellent condition, this piece measures just under 6 1/2" long.

With wax remaining in the box where it had been used, this piece is still very usable and however unmarked, it is extraordinary.

Though this piece has been in my collection for likely 25 or more years, it was originally purchased from an estate in Pennsylvania.($110)
